Early Morning Visit

I had a brief visit to Tampa. Flew in Thursday afternoon and back out Friday mid-morning. I found myself wide awake after midnight sitting bored in a hotel room, so I figured I would order up a ride to 2001 since it was not too far away. I have been to this club several times now and usually have a good time.

I arrived at the club after 2 AM and paid a $20 cover. I have reviewed the club in the past so I won't go into the details of the club layout. You can read my earlier review if you are interested. In short, it is a reasonably well maintained / appointed smaller end of medium sized club that has a good layout for watching stage dances. There is a large L shaped stage with three spinning poles. Dancers do the bikini, topless, nude three dance set, but when the tips are flowing most get naked faster. The club is alcohol free due to the full nude rules in Tampa.

This visit the number of dancers and the quality of dancers was much higher than my previous visits. Quite a few 7's, some 8's, hell, if I had a magic eraser for tattoos, there might have been one or two nines. The dancers where taking the stage three at a time. There was some nice pole work going on, as well as, stage side interaction. A couple of girls shared a pole doing some interesting pseudo circus soleil kind of routines hanging off each other. I am more interested in the beaver shots, but I appreciated the efforts. Late night stage tipping must be very lucrative at this club because the dancers were scooping arm fulls of cash. Perhaps as a result of this, dances were more expensive than I remembered last time. Girls were ask $30 or $35 per. $75 for three with a nominal entry fee was accepted by those I got dances from.
