We Went Back

So this is our second trip to Detroit and our second trip to Legends. The location is so convenient. Easy walk from Greektown. Walk felt safe.

It’s the same layout. Feels like a loft, three levels. The bottom level has a bar and one stage with two poles. Two girls at a time on the stage. I believe both girls are topless pretty quickly, but it is a typical rotation, each girl stays for two songs. The pole goes up about two stories. It’s tough to get a seat anywhere. Most people are standing around the bar. We were sitting at the stage so tipping heavily. There are some booths on the other side of the stage. Second level has a smaller stage with a single dancer. You’re able to get a little bit closer. Third level is just seating but it has a view of the first floor.

It was also tough to get attention even when we did have money to spend and were tipping at the stage. The dancers were talented but the level of effort varied from climbing up to the ceiling to looking like she couldn’t wait to get off the stage. Not much crowd interaction from anybody. I’m guessing if you get a girls attention it’s a good time, but it’s hard to do. We were there for about 90 minutes. Got 3 lap dances from a girl we were into then never saw her again. It might be better on a less crowded night. This was after a Tigers home game.
