Runway on a weekday
I can’t recall when I last visited Runway but I think it was a couple of years ago. When I walked in it did not look encouraging with no dancers and only a couple of people at the bar. I ordered a draft from the very cute bartendar and we chatted for a bit. I should have asked her if she does dances. Eventually a couple of dancers hit the stage and I followed. By then a couple of more patrons arrived. Each dancer was attentive and flirty at the stage, doing 3 song sets. I grabbed a table and one of the dancers joined me. We ended up talking for quite a while as she told me of her colorful stage career. It was quite enjoyable to hear the stories from this vet of the industry. She eventually ditched me for a regular and I tipped out eveyone and finished my beer. The other dancer then came by and asked if I wanted to do some dances. I was pressed for time at that point, hoping to hit I-26 before the evening commute started so I said no and hit the door. Overall, a pretty good hang out experience. I would have done PDs with either dancer if time permitted. I am not certain but I think the menu said $40 each or 3/$100 along with some time based options.
