Could Not Get a Dance

I will try Sonny's again because my trip may have been unusual, but I was there almost and hour and could not get a dance. I was tipping $4-5 per dancer's set and I would get a smile, but each girl got off stage and went and sat with regulars. I saw cubicles with curtains that looked like a great place to get a dance, but I saw no one going there. No one was getting dances.

I know sometimes the guys have to approach the girls, but no one walked by and all the girls were huddled at the bar or a table with 1-2 regulars. I felt invisible. There were 2-3 really cute girls I would like to have danced with.

The club was very nice. I was welcomed by staff at the entry (no cover). Light level was perfect. Nice bar with a professionally dressed bartender and waitress. Nice club layout with lots of room. It was a comfortable place. I will try again on another day.
