Slow Rolling

I arrived 30 minutes after they opened; paid the cover charge, which was reasonable. I went in to find myself the only occupant with no one even performing; the manager gave me free drinks because things were so slow right then, which impressed me. Girls came out and talked with the bar tenders; clearly noticed me but didnt so much as nod my way. They seemed apathetic; it could have been because they were so slow, or the cause for them being so slow. I stayed a couple of hours and despite things picking up a bit, not one girl even approached me despite my tipping those who (finally) performed reasonably well. In short, this place needs to step up the charm a lot.
