Am I missing something ?

I love a strip club dive joint as much as the next guy and this was my first visit since the name/format change. I had hopes of a high mileage UTR joint with unglamorous but sexy Latina chicas. I don't mind cover charges but $9 at 2pm seemed high for this place - but hey, our hobby isn't a cheap one. Drink was fine at $12 but I was pretty disappointed by the utter lack of even any somewhat hot girls... the first girl that approached exclaimed "Hi papi, remember me - we had such fun last time ?" ... never seen her before in my life. Okay, maybe a sales tactic but not particularly a good one. Another girl walked up, at least 50, and shakes my hand and says that she is "Ancient." What ? Her name is Ancient ?? then she explains that she IS ancient, as in old, and laughs nervously. Damn, I was just not feeling this place at all. Threw her 3 f*ck-off dollars to go away, settling in for some other options. That never happened - every other chica was on her phone, disinterested in everything and apparently all the greenbacks in my wallet. Oh and they all looked pretty saggy and unkept. Their attitude seemed almost depressed and desperate and I wasn't seeing myself wanting fun with any of them.

After about half an hour, I looked at the dude in the adjacent chair and we both shook our heads. I knocked back the last of my drink then cut my losses and drove around the corner to BBD for some semblance of fun. Unless there is some huge change, I won't bother again.
