Stepping out of the comfort zone
I had taken a Friday off to head out of town for the weekend and stopped in to Larry Flynt's. Washington Park is not really an area that I feel completely safe to begin with, but LFHC is immediately off the highway exit. Anyway, after an hour or so of small talk with a few I took one up on a dance that, while fun, I actually couldn't get the thought of the potential of what I could be doing at Dollies based on reading these reviews.
I had never been to any of the clubs deeper into the area, but for whatever reason I decided to set the GPS and head that way. I pulled into the lot, not as concerned about the potholes as I was the group of teens walking up the road. There wasn't anyone collecting a cover charge at the door. Much discussed stalls to the right, pool tables in front of those, bar to the right, and floor/tables straight ahead with a stage on the other side. I made the right, sat down at the bar and ordered a beer. $4 rings a bell. There were maybe 8 customers and a few girls, both white and AA. One immediately sat down next to me and started the normal conversation...been here before? etc. Even with the lower expectations of looks, she was considerably below that. I let her know I was just going to enjoy the beer first, so off she went. By the time I finished the beer, she had entered a stall with another patron and then she disappeared for a few minutes. Based on reading reviews, I figured things were going to be easy and that pretty much confirmed it. About that time, another sat down and may have been a bit woozy as she immediately needed to grab to grab me for support! She was fun to talk to, was actually more joking around about the place and after getting another beer we went and sat at a table. Conversation quickly turned to how her job was to make sure I had a good time. I believe she could sense my nervousness and walked me through it. We settled on $50 for the CBJ and we were off to a stall. She was straight down to business, and she did provide some initial non-covered contact to start with.
Let's just say the trip was a lot more fun and took a lot less time than a trip to the DMV. I think I still prefer the company of younger, better looking, naked girls that actually dance, even with knowing the extras aren't as nice; but I will probably be back at Dollies, or one of the others deep in the heart of WP at some point.
