Big Hit or Big Miss

I have visited Scarlett's on several occasions and have had both excellent visits and visits that were entirely (or nearly) a bust.

First, I should note that I've mostly been in late afternoon and early evening, so not exactly primetime, and often on weekdays. I imagine there could be a lot more going on late night on weekends. Anyway, on to the review:

Exterior looks shoddy but what else is new? Plenty of parking.
