My wife and I have been to whispers a lot. Enjoy it because there’s no smoking inside and it’s closer than driving to Lawrence.
We’ve been twice since the new ownership has taken over and remodeled which I would say has GREATLY improved every aspect of the place. Better seating, cleaner newer bathrooms and more privacy in the lap dance area. The first time was earlier this summer and when we went we got there early and had a great time. The second time was a week ago and we showed up closer to mid night and had a lot of trouble getting any attention from the girls. Not sure if it’s because we go as a couple or if they just had their regulars there taking all their attention. It’s too bad because we usually go there with a lot of money to blow.
All in all it’s gotten a lot better with the remodel but my biggest suggestion is just don’t go late or you’ll be sitting there watching whoever is on the stage and nothing else.
