The club definitely upgraded
Shady Lady has been open for a little over 6 months at this point, and it's in the same location as Wild Wild West. If you think the inside is going to be the exact same, you'd be wrong. In the time the club was closed, it was completely gutted and renovated. And I must say, they did an excellent job.
To start with changes to the club layout, they significantly reduced the size of the stage. It still has two poles, but has a rounder shape and is much easier to watch. The smaller stage allows for more seating down on floor around the stage, but it isn't overly packed with seats. Speaking of the seats, they got rid of the old booths and got really nice leather arm chairs. They're high quality and nice to sit in, but the only draw back is that it's tough for a girl to come in and sit on your lap. It's do-able, but the girls are more likely to sit in a seat next to you. With the seats being so big, they're further away than I would like, but you can make it work.
The next major change is the lap dance area. The former communal room that had a half-dozen or so seats is now where the VIP rooms are located. To the best of my memory, there are three rooms, but there might be a fourth one. I'm not really certain as to the exact availability. The regular lap dance area is now on the south wall of the club, and there are now individual lap dance booths. There is no more communal area for lap dances. Each booth has a nice chair and is about the size of a phone booth. There is a black certain that gets closed during the dances, but it is semi-transparent. Depending on which booth you are using in relation to the wall in front, you may be able to see out a little bit. Bot really a big deal to me, but I thought I would note it.
