Another Satisfying Visit

Another trip to Detroit, and another visit to the Flight Club. I’m not a Detroit regular by any means, but based on my limited experience, this is clearly the best club in the Detroit area. In fact, it may be the best club in the U.S. It’s a nice, upscale, well managed club, with good looking girls and generally reasonable prices (if you negotiate a bit).

I arrived about midnight on a Thursday. I avoided the $8 valet parking because I Ubered over. The cover charge was $10. The doorman asked me where I wanted to sit, and I replied with “the bar” as usual. I headed over and got a beer for $9. Did the price go down? It’s hard to believe a strip club would lower the price on anything, but I am pretty certain I paid $10 per beer last time.

The club was not nearly as busy as my last visit a couple months ago, but there was a pretty good crowd, and most importantly, a nice complement dancers. They were mostly young and white, with a few AAs, and almost all very good looking. There were a few that l would consider substandard, but they seemed to have their following, too. Hey, to each his own.
