Fun Monday Night

I went to Ritz on a Monday night because I read about the 2 for 1 deals which many reviewers mentioned. I got there around 8:30pm and there was street parking in front of the club available, but you had to pay at a central meter and put the ticket in your windshield. I think you had to pay until 11pm which seemed excessive to me. Not sure if they were still giving out tickets at that hour, but I went to pay just in case. Luckily somebody before me paid and didn’t take their paper receipt ticket which was good for another two hours, which was plenty of time for me. I put the ticket on my dashboard board and walked over to the club entrance. The neighborhood was in a safe part of Baltimore, I believe the neighborhood is called Fells Point.

There were a couple of girls out front smoking cigarettes, turns out they were dancers cause I saw them later in the evening. It looked like they were just coming in to start their shift, but I guess they could have been taking a break, but they seemed over dressed to be just taking a break. The club itself was smaller than I expected. The cover was $10, they gave me my change in singles. There was a bouncer at the door, but there was no pat down or anything. I don’t look very thuggish, so YMMV. There were about 10 other patrons when I walked in. And there were plenty of open seats.

I got a budweiser bottle, which was half price and cost only $4, very reasonable, at the bar closest to the entrance. There was a hottie dancer at the bar who smiled at me, but she did not engage in conversation, nor did I because I had just gotten there and wanted to get a lay of the land. I sat in a seat across from the stage, not by the stage. There were about 10 dancers working. There were 2 girls dancing on stage and another 2 sitting in seats next to the stage just looking at their phones. That left about 6 girls who were strewn about the club sitting next to patrons, not sure if the patrons were regulars or not. The girls were all surprisingly attractive. All were relatively young, ranged from 19 years old to late twenties. Usually there are a couple of dancers at every club who have no business being dancers, either cause they are too old or overweight or just plain cracked out, but that was not the case here. I would have gotten a dance from every single dancer working that night, if I had the time and the funds. The worst looking girl there was a 6 out of 10, but most of the girls were a solid 7 to 8 out of 10 in the looks department. The girls were mostly white, there was one black and a couple of Hispanic girls thrown in the mix. I did not see any Asian dancers that night.
