One of the best afternoon options in NJ

The NJ club environment has been on a significant downturn. In my 10 years of clubbing there was a time when I could have 10 options to visit throughout the state for a guaranteed good time. These days its about 3. While those 3 options provide a guranteed good time it does get a bit boring so I decided to stop by some old favorites to see if times had changed for the better. My first stop was to an old favorite in bloomfield that recently had a name change. Long story short it was a wasteland figuratively and literally. I have learned over the years its best to just walk out when this happens rather than risk a bad experience. I then drove to Paterson to a place I hadnt visited in 5 years. The one with the valet that was raided a few years ago. Another terrible experience. I literally saw girls heating up meals in the microwave and eating with non paying regulars rather than stopping by to ask for a dance. I decided to call this another loss and headed out.

I was on the way to one of my guranteed good times and on the way there I noticed Johnny A's. I figured it was worth the risk. It was a good time. I noticed a lot of regulars and girls from my favorite night time spots. Very attentive staff and the LD room is a lot more private than other NJ clubs. The thing I like about this club is they are one of the few clubs that posts a reliable lineup. I would say if you are looking for a good place to stop in the afternoon this is the place to go.
