Should have ignored my friends advice

We were in town on business and my friend who lives in the area said to try this place out. We should have ignored him and went to the other club down the street. We got there around 7pm and it was 10 each to get in. It was a decent looking place with a nice bar as you walk in and a large stage to the left. The place was dead, maybe 10 customers and I only saw a handful of dancers. For some reason there was a few minutes of down time from when the dancer gets off the stage and the next one goes up. They also don't take the money when you tip them. Some club guy takes a floor sweeper and picks up the money and then goes and finds the girl to give her the cash. In the mean time, the dancer goes around to each customer to collect tips. That's pretty weird as far as I'm concerned. If I want to tip, I'll tip at the stage and I shouldn't have to be obligated to tip all of them. Anyway, the selection of dancers wasn't that great and they seemed uninterested. We left after one beer. I don't no the price as my friend bought the round. I won't go back as the other place was hopping. Look for that review shortly.
