Another “regulars” club

Decided to go on a scouting trip this week. With rumors strengthening of closure of the Sandy Springs clubs it was time to see what one of the older clubs in Atlanta had to offer. This club is small and so is the parking lot but my 9pm arrival was good timing as the closest self park space was open and awaiting me. Valet was available for $5.

Cover charge was $10 and change was retuned in two fives. Don’t know why door folks do that. I guess it pays off for a $5tip often enough to make it work. Inside the club you immediately have the tiny”main stage” in front of you and just past that the fairly large bar. Smoke levels were surprisingly tolerable. A quick scan of the room and I located a small table two rows from the stage but still with my back against a slightly elevated platform that had one additional row of seating. Follies has always felt small to me but this club is probably just a little over half as big.

The crowd was mostly 50+ white guys, like me, some were in small groups and guys there by themselves. The crowd filled up almost all the seating but the coach areas were clear with no dances occurring. During my 1.5 hours there I only saw two lap dances being performed. The one at the bar was being given by an attractive blond (More on her later) and it was all air. The other dance was in a more secluded area in the back right corner and it was heavy grinding action with what appeared to be fairly liberal touching.
