Same ol’ same ol’

I came by the club last week on the way home from a visit to everyone’s favorite (if you have to ask...). This club has been experiencing a lot of city/legal scrutiny for the past year or so, so I wasn’t expecting much. I got what I expected. It’s been at least 6 months since I’ve been here but everything was about the same. Mostly older clientele, a very sparse crowd, and the dancers were average at best. I did see two dancers that used to work at Follies—chatted them up a bit and both said they make more at Oasis than Follies. I find that hard to believe. I know one got fired from Follies so I bet this club is just her fallback option. I like to drop in here every once in a while just to make sure I’m not missing anything. I’m not.
