Checking it out - briefly

Checked out this club on a Monday nite back in July - mostly because I was looking for some variety in the area (why I’d want variety when tootsies, scarlets, and d dolls are nearby? Can’t answer that).

The reviews of this place were spot on. Large, strange, building without even a sign on it - I only found it b/c there was A thin neon purple light running across the building. Strange parking lot scene, with a lot lizard outside, and what looked like a jetway entrance to the building (obviously construction)

Long story very short, I could only handle about 20 mins and one beer. The room was annoyingly small, in that it was too bright and you feel like a sitting duck with no place to hide. Unless you are a regular, you stand out like a sore thumb. I was immediately trolled by several dancers who I was definitely not interested in, and couldn’t escape the painful pointless small talk. I’m certain that fun could be had but you have to either 1) lower the standards or 2) have a LOT of patience. Neither of those work for me, so I prob won’t be back with so many other good options in this area.
