Not sure what to make if my first time

I was in town and wasn't planning on going here initially, I was staying across the street from Archibalds so was going to check that out Friday night but after reading reviews I declined. Called The House to see if I could wear shorts and didn't get a firm yes so I decided to not chance it so Friday night was in the books. Read some more club reviews and decided to check out Ebony Inn omw out of town the following afternoon.

When I arrived I was confused, they have a parking lot I couldn't park in because of some event across the street. Security told me to park in a lot up the street which has other businesses. Was slightly concerned about getting towed or having someone break-in since there was a car in the lot that looked like it had been there a whike with briken windows but figured I'd chance my luck.

Walk in and ther's a bar to the right and a table that have items for sale to the left. Get patted down and hit for $14 cover. Ouch. Get a drink at the bar and I must have looked confused bc the bartender had to tell me to walk through the doors on the left to get to the club part.

The club part has tables and chairs around the room with the dance floor and poles in the middle. I got there at least an hour after the stated open time but there was only 1 girl in the back changing. I had time to burn and already paid the cover so I had to wait it out. While waiting I was on my phone which security wasnt happy about... either turn in my phone or go to the bathroom to use it... really, even in a dead empty club.... ok I'll put it away. Haven't been to a club that has a no phone policy since camera phones first came out.

Now twiddling my thumbs the dancer is finally dressed and comes out and waits a while before asking if i want a dance. We laugh about me being there waiting patiently and the dance starts. I think it was $10/song. I ask about the layout and mileage of the club and she points to the vip section but says she doesnt go in there. I get a couple dances and wait for the next dancer to get dressed and come out. Same story with her as well.
