Not many places like this

Business took me to Monterrey, Mexico last month , not the hot bed of reviews on Tuscl , but happy I could use previous reviews for guidance . Decided to start at Matehuala, as this seemed to be the best bargain , but maybe not the safest place . I flagged down a taxi and used Google maps to direct him to the downtown Centro location . I went during the late afternoon, because I wasn't sure about roaming Monterrey during the night.

Walked in the door ( no cover , no pat down ) and took a seat at a table a few feet from one of the two long stages . On the stage there are usually two girls dancing , and each stage is ringed with stage side chairs. Each chair was taken by working class locals ( jeans, t-shirts, hats ) , the customers give the dancer a grope on the legs from time to time , but did not see any tipping . No one paid any attention to me except the waiter , as he brought me a beer and I gave him a small tip . This was fine with me , as I was virtually just another patron and did not stand out .

There were probably about 40 dancers working . Some shouldn't be dancing , and some looked kind of sexy , too each his own . At the top of the hour , all dancers are called to the stage for a review . During this time , they just stood on the stage, like they were waiting for a bus ; however , this did give everyone a chance to make a pick for a private dance . From what I could tell , I didnt see any dancer approach a customer, and certainly none of them approached me .
