disappointing visit - BUT...

(Note to reader: this review is not meant as negatively as I'm sure many will find it. You will see what I mean in a few sentences below.)

Well - I can't say I wasn't warned ahead of time...

Many reviews here and the general word out there is that this neighborhood dive of a club - and I mean the latter as a compliment, because it is the unpretentious not-glitzy clubs that I like the best - "warn" the visitor that it requires "work" to find the proverbial diamond in the rough here. For some of us, the chase is part of what makes it all worthwhile.

In fact one of the more helpful reviews on this club that I have seen this summer specifically stated exactly that. So i knew going in that I will need to be patient to find what I'm looking for.
