Found myself in Tucson for a few days with an afternoon free. Decided to see what the Tucson club scene status is, so arrived at Curves a little after 3 with plans to stay a few hours before meeting some friends at Venom. Parking lot was fairly open with about 15 cars. No cover as I entered. I walked in past the elevated table area on the right with the stage to my left grabbing a seat just in front of the VIP entrance. Counted approx. 10 customers and 8 dancers on the floor with one on stage.

Waitress was a little slow arriving, but I wasn't in a hurry so no big deal. Ordered a bottle beer at $5.50. Paid with a $20 and waitress had to get change. Brought me back $14 stating they didn't have any coins for change, so I just gave her a $1 tip.

I was there for over an hour before a single dancer approached me, even after I tipped 6 on stage. It appeared they were either staying at the bar on the phone or sitting with what appeared to be regulars, as I did not see anyone heading for VIP dances. Most of the dancers I saw on stage were in the 6 to 7 range with 1 AA, 2 Latin and rest white.

I specifically requested 2 blonde Milfs and a Latin spinner to visit my table to discuss VIP dances, but none of the 3 came back out after their stage set. I asked the waitress what the deal was and she said that their had been a dancer meeting before opening with management that had 8 dancers leave without getting dressed and the rest in a mood. I asked what it was about, but she didn't want to share.

Not wanting to kill any more time, I hit the road hoping to find a more motivated group of dancers at Venom. In fact, we found they were very motivated and happy to insure we were happy before we left. Review to follow.
