Afternoon Visit

I decided to check out the Gold Club on a Wednesday afternoon. I got there at about 3, and there was no cover. Inside, it was pretty slow, but not totally dead. There were maybe 10 dancers and 7 customers. A couple of the dancers seemed tied up with regulars. Most of the dancers were white, but there were a couple black dancers and one latina. The dancers were mostly in a 6-7 range.

Inside of the club, there are a number of tables and chairs in front of the main stage. There are also a couple satellite stages and maybe a swing? Only the main stage was being used. A dancer would dance for 2 songs, then there would be 2 or 3 songs before the next dancer. There are various other seating areas, including an upstairs area with couches, and an elevated area to the right of the stage. I saw customers getting dances on the floor, and on this elevated area. I'm not sure if there's a difference between them.

I watched the girls rotate through their stage sets while I drank my beer. A couple girls approached and asked if I wanted company, but I explained that I had just arrived and wanted some time to check out the club; nobody was pushy after that.
