Visited Cloud Nine in early June....

Visited Cloud Nine in early June. This place is near Warrensburg, the home of the famous Million Dollar Fantasy Ranch. Going into Cloud Nine was a complete waste of my time. When I was there (around 8 pm on a weeknight), no dancers were performing, and nobody approached me or offered to explain anything about how the place operated. There were ten or fifteen people in the place -- a few single guys, the manager, a dancer, and a couple. After sitting there frustrated for a few minutes, I decided to approach the dancer. She explained the rules and the costs for private dances. I didn't much care for the rules, which are quite a bit stricter than some places in Missouri. Based on my actual experience there, it deserves a one. I give it four only because I do see potential. And because the manager waived the cover charge in view of the lack of any dancing going on.

It is a big barny type place with a cruddy dirt/gravel approach road. It is not fair to judge it solely on my negative experience, but the previous (and only) review seems like a far stretch. Based on the information provided by the previous reviewer, I don't think a ten is justified.
