This isn’t such a bad club to work in. However the owner RITCHIE is extremely derespectul and abusive. I was working there until this past Sunday. Worked for almost a year. First I would like to say that there’s absolutely no need for a boss (owner)to be rude let alone with no reason. If someone (employee) says hi to you don’t ignore them. Saying hi or being polite will NOT make an employee try to walk all over you. CHILL OUT!!! If you’re employee is not feel good and wants to go home don’t start yelling at them “you don’t fucking want to work here go home then but DONT come back” who’s says that? He yells a dancers in front of anybody. If we are working double shift and something came up to where we needed to leave a few hours early it’s a problem. How about charging a fee if we needed to leave early? A lot of dancers have talked about being willing to do so. He Doesn’t like African American crowd so he either don’t allow them in or if he does he starts messing with them within half of hour. Back dressing room by the smoking area has ac and he barely allows it to be turned it on. Try putting make up or even getting dress in a muggy place. He takes a shower there which makes dancers very uncomfortable.

He does have his favorites “a few Brazilians” when it comes to them, they do whatever they want and do not get fired.

Why did I stopped working there?
