Slow Night at Brad for Dancers, Better Night for Me
Arrived just before 9 pm last Wednesday and stayed for a couple of hours. The parking lot was pretty full but there spaces nearer the door than usual. Upon entry I used the NUVO ad coupon so don't know what normal cover charge is. Domestic bottle of beer were $5.25. My server was good, I've known her for years at a number of Indiana clubs. The club was pretty empty of customers an easy to pick a seat where-ever I wanted.
For the entire night they were a 2 dancer at a time on the long stage. BBF has a single long stage with three sections. During slower times the will use the 2 end sections for dancers and at busier times use all 3 sections. There is a pole on each section but low ceiling height may discourage dancers from doing a lot of pole work. There were a few dancers demonstrating pole skills. MOst dancers were 7+ with maybe one-third being 5 or 6 ratings.
MY server did comment on the slowness of the night for customers and that were a large number of dancers working. In some ways still experienced the same Brass Flamingo disappearing dancer syndrome. In the 1st few dancers after i was seated saw one a stage that fit my physical look wheelhouse. So tipped her on stage and made my request for her to stop by. I used to not have issues here with tracking down a dancer but in last few years it's been harder. Yes you know the story never really saw her back, out of dressing room then her trip to smoking lounge much later in night saw her head to a table with food, but by then not really tracking her as in conversations with server, dancers etc.
