They're charging cover on Sat afternoon

It’s Saturday afternoon and got nothing else better to do as usual. Decided to hit up Bandaids since I haven’t been there in awhile. I get there around 4 something pm and quite a lot of cars so that’s a good sign. What’s not a good sign is when I get to the door, bouncer tells me there’s $6 cover charge… I’m like really??? It’s still daylight right? I don’t know what the deal is, I was about to bounce but I’m like what the hell.. I’m already here. At least they have $3 corona which I grabbed one from the cashier.

Went straight to the dance area as the bar is full, normally I like to sit by the bar first and observe. The main stage area isn’t too crowded, I was able to find a seat (well I guess it’s more of a crappy small couch) I noticed they swapped out all the usual chairs that’s against the wall with these type of sittings. I noticed the usual thick Latina is working again, this girl/woman is always here. She’s the one that keeps trying to get people back in the VIP. Anyway, I shooed her off. A few dancers did their routine dance on the main stage but nobody really catches my eye. A few more dancers would come by and basically give me the one liner “Wanna dance”. I really hate that… No I do not wanna dance from you.

Went back to the bar and got another corona, still trying to find a dancer I actually want to get a dance with. Saw a potential that’s dancing by the bar area, tipped her. Hanged out till she’s done but she went straight to the main stage. So by now I’m just drinking my sorrow away by the bar and decided to go back to the main dance area one last time. Now it’s somewhat crowded so I ended up sitting right by the entrance which suck.
