Stay away unless you like GPS and ROBs

Landing Strip has been one of my long time favorites in Metro Detroit. It is typically a mid tier club with decent talent, reasonable pricing and comfortable VIPs. Unfortunately, the club seems to have been overrun with dancers suffering from GPS and several ROBs. In three visits over the past month, I've been quoted high and non-negotiable prices (e.g., $500) from multiple dancers. The pricing is so consistent that I suspect a dancer cartel has developed to keep prices elevated. On my most recent visit, I noticed a number of new faces (and bodies) on stage, several of whom were imports from Texas. After a bit of negotiation with a slender, attractive dancer with blond highlights, she agreed to a VIP trip at $200. Worst VIP trip ever--- full of rules, upcharge requests and even a refusal to remove her outfit (she slid her G string to the side and rolled her top down a bit). I cut the session short and decided to take my business elsewhere.

So, customer beware. Be prepared to insist on reasonable pricing and also be prepared to deal with ROBs. Fortunately, there are other good alternatives in the area, including Flight Club, Criket and BT Dearborns.
