Still a dive bar but ...

Wednesday night at Cheetahs was also Pool League Night and I would say that the crowd was far more interested in that the dancers onstage. Disappointed that there hasn't been an updated review in almost a year from someone else but it was time to refresh.

Bar still as a mix of clientele but for a Wednesday is was pretty dead. Only three dancers and two of the three appeared to be putting the effort. I did notice this time more than any other time that there was a heightened vigilance coming from the staff and it gave off an uneasy vibe.. as if they were expecting trouble on the floor. Again.. it was pretty dead but the doorman seemed to need to approach and engage the dancers almost every other song, and the owner must of emptied the ashtrays fifteen times while I was there. Not sure who or what they were looking for...

The girls were friendly but distant and with the exception of the one girl who seem to spend more time in the corner pouting over the lack of customers, approachable. Two other dancers came in about midnight as I was walking out but I believe they declined to stay with nobody around.
