Why did I do this????

So I read all the other reviews and knew what I was walking into once I went in. First, some background info on the club.

It was within walking distance of my hotel on Queen Street (I was in Toronto for a conference) but the last half of the walk was through kind of a seedy area to get to the place (guess I shouldn't have been all that surprised). I did cab it back though from the club to the hotel once done, there are cabs there waiting so that was good.

Going into the club it's certainly big and roomy, but it really was filled late on a Sunday night with guys and a good amount of girls. I walked in, grabbed a beer, and the hustle immediately began. I quickly deflected one girl (not my type) and tried to scan for something more my speed when there she was. Name of course escapes me (I usually quickly forget, not like I'm gonna propose marriage to them), but she was Dominican and built just for my liking. We went up to the lap dance area (note - there is a lap dance area and VIP), but it was quiet up there and it didn't matter.
