It’s good...it’s not great!

I’ve been to this club a few times over the past year while travelling to NYC on business. I generally select this club because of its proximity to my hotel, so it’s an easy short walk. My visits have always been during the week in the early evening, somewhere between 7pm-10pm and not after midnight when things pick up (or so folks say on here).

Overall, this is a good club. It’s clean. It’s inviting. It has the typical NYC $20 cover at the door. The drinks are NYC prices, which is to be expected.

The girls are SUPER pushy at this club. And it could be that I went middle of the week, in the early evening, when it was slow, but they are relentless. Even with what I consider to be my “no thank you” superpowers, these girls would come back and push again and again and again. Now, I’m no cheapo. I spend money at clubs. But I spend my money on girls that I am interested in. These girls couldn’t take a hint. When I would turn a girl down solo, she would bring a friend and try again for a double dance. And while I could appreciate the change in sales tactic, when I tell you no a second time; your time as a dancer is better invested with someone else.
