Please work with the customers....

Stopped by here on 7/13 on the way home from a trip. Didn't pull in until after 12am. Met a buddy in the parking area and chatted a bit. I had not been here in a while neither had he. But, he knew more of the people here. We went in and were told that since it is a Friday the cover is now $20. We said, wait, it's 20 + the $5 for water?? WTF, by this time almost 12:45 and this place closes at 2am. He went in to Robert to try to say, this place closes in an hour why do we have to pay the full amount? Give us a break. We waited for a bit in the lobby to check out the girls. Just ok. One came over and instead of delivering a strong encouragement to come in, more or less said, you don't come in, I am leaving. Not very sales-like. The crowd was decent for this place. So, we more or less checked out the roster, and were told we would have to pay $25 to come in. At this point, since some dancers were thinking of leaving we decided to leave. Again, if a little cooperation for the customer could have been granted, we would have gone in and probably spent more money than they would have got from their $25. But, no compromising or working WITH the customer made us feel like why should we stay. So, that was it.
