Cafe Risque is not exactly your average club. It consists of mostly tables for dining and two separate 'catwalks' for dancers. The catwalks have seating right next to them. You'll probably find 2 or 3 women dancing at a time up and down the catwalk, stopping in front of seat and dancing briefly for tips. They usually start w/ lingerie and eventually strip totally nude w/ the possiblity of them flaunting right in front of your face. There is an area w/ a pool table and another small area selling videos and toys. There is NO alcohol served, instead you must purchase at least a soda (~$4) or food. The food isn't too bad, the usual diner food you can get anywhere. Of course here it's served by a woman in lingerie who is also available for a lapdance so that's a bonus :) The girls range from average to good usually w/ one exceptional girl on the shift. If you get a lapdance ($20 last time I went), it takes place in a booth where you lay down and she dances over you. She'll be wearing hot pants and a bra (I don't even remember for sure if she's topless or not???) and depending on who you get there may be no contact to some decent grinding. Overall a decent to good club, especially considering that there is really no other competition in the Gainesville area.
