Decent place to stop for a beer, don’t go out of your way

I’ve stopped here a few times, the first purely out of curiosity as if driven by many times, the latest because I was in the area and wanted a drink.

I was a little nervous about what I was walking into the first time given the rural location, but the place is clean and the female bartender is friendly (and has a nice rack). Drink prices are very reasonable relative to city clubs to the point that I’ve found that buying a round of shots for the bartender and the dancers who are not tied up with regulars to be a good investment. So the upside is that it’s a clean bar where you can spend an hour having a couple of drinks and watching sports surrounded by scantily clad women and if you didn’t want to drop more than $20 you wouldn’t need to.

The down side is that as a strip club it just doesn’t stack up to others, even compared to clubs in Columbus, which is not known as a great club scene. The times that I’ve been there have been between 3 and 5 girls there and while they are not unattractive relative to the everyday female population in rural Ohio, they are not standard quality ‘stripper hot’. They range from a couple who are very young (probably sub 20) who would be a 6 at a Columbus club (maybe higher if they did their hair and makeup) to women who are 30 to 40 pounds overweight. The younger dancers tend to either be on their phones, disinterested, talking to each other, or sitting next to a guy who looks like he’s been on the same stool for 30 years. Some of the other girls are ok physically, particularly if you’re into girls who are a little bigger, and can be fun to sit and talk to. The bartender is actually my favorite, she has kind of a rough country MILF vibe and the aforementioned nice rack.
