First background about me. I am a 50-ish professional and a long-time SC monger in Southern CA. I am very picky and am quickly bored at clubs if there girls are not super-hot and if there is no high-mileage offered. I have had many wonderful experiences at SoCal strip clubs incl. To prepare, I first applied for a passport card so that I could cross the border without having to worry about getting my actual passport stamped. I didn't want to have to explain that to the wife. Plus I did not want to carry around the relatively bulky passport. The passport card is much more discreet. One bit of advice - if you have a passport already, the post office will give you a strange look if you also ask for a passport card. I just told them that I got a new job and will be crossing the border a lot for business. Also know that the passport card is NOT valid for air travel, just land. But in order to apply for the passport card, I had to submit my passport with the application. Make sure that they put a special note on your passport to return it asap and to NOT invalidate it. I had the passport card mailed to my business address to keep things discreet from the wife.
