Saturday night at The Playhouse

I dropped by the Playhouse for the first time in several months. As I ventured in, I almost tripped on the step inside the side door entrance. This foreshadowed my subsequent visit. I had no trouble finding a table because only two were occupied.

After I sat down, I noted that there were only eight customers, mostly young black and Arab kids from the neighbourhood. There were five dancers; a very large one with long blonde hair, two singularly ugly ones, a young black girl and one very attractive young brunette. I watched the good looking one dance for a patron with a couple of air dances. I lost interest in her at that point.

The one good aspect of my visit was that a cola cost $3, a relative bargain in Windsor. There was also no cover charge.
