Pole Dancing Contest at Chicago Club 7 Julio 2018

I visited Chicago Club for their Pole Dancing Competition on 7 Julio 2018. Grand Prize was 40,000 pesos, about $2,200 USD.

I went to the club early Saturday to ask when the competition started. No one seemed to really have an answer, or did not understand my question in English. One response was 8 or 830pm.

I returned about 850pm, sat around and waited. The club had been decorated for the pole dance competition. There were ceiling capes, as well as many tables adorned with white roses and reserved cards, positioned around the center stage. I had to wait over an hour, before the competition finally commenced on the center main stage. While waiting, I moved between the front and the middle center stage to watch several dancers on stage. There were 2 who were petite and foxy and pleasant to watch. I also noticed that the dancers and people there were mostly dressed up, in evening gowns or miniskirts, and it was not the skimpy clothing typical of these clubs for the dancers, like at HK. The patrons who came to watch the competition seemed to dress up for this event, it was a night out at Chicago club in Tijuana, and the locals and “dignataries maybe” were here to look good and party.
