Wednesday Afternoon Chill

I decided to check out the CC for lunch and a few dances. Got pretty much what I expected, which these days, isn’t bad, but isn’t nearly as fun as it used to be.

Walked in shortly after noon. No cover at that time, of course. After my eyes adjusted to the lighting, I observed there were about 15 customers there, mostly scattered at the small tables, with one up at the tip rail. After being there awhile, I believe there were about 6 dancers working.

I went in explicitly wanting a slice of the apple pie for dessert. Unfortunately, my waitress said they were out. I settled for a scoop of ice cream on a chocolate chip cookie, which is a good second choice.

While waiting for the dessert, a cute ebony dancer sat and chatted with me for awhile. Very sweet. She left to do her stage dances and I enjoyed my dessert.

As far as the dancers were concerned, it was a decent selection this afternoon. And of course, Paxson, the very hot veteran, was on duty.
