Better Timing

I stopped in to Brass again at shift change, about 6:45, only because a business meeting on my schedule was postponed, giving me some free time. At least I got in without a cover charge. Again, I saw some real beauties leaving, and mostly nobody talked to me except a very friendly barmaid. I sat for a while and drank my $3.75 beer and watched tv, meanwhile scanning the prospects. Two girls at the back bar, two at the front bar, two more sitting with guys and one dancing. I planned to get out when my beer was finished when there appeared out of the dressing room a cute petite blonde who sat with me (name withheld on request). She started talking about private dances a little too quickly, and gave me the idea that she would provide extras "for enough of a tip". I wanted to talk a little with her, as I had seen her before but found her a little standoffish. Then said she had been working since the place opened with nothing to show for it. Well, I had heard that tale of woe before so I was not impressed. Then she said she needed the cash so much we could do a private with only the room fee ($75) and no tip. Now it was getting interesting! We went in back into one of the rooms on the right. I had previously only been in the rooms on the left, but this room was really nice, with a gaudy comfortable sofa and plenty of room. She asked what I wanted and I told her, and it came under the heading of "extras". She gave me an oral exam with some handwritten notes and no cover. I was finished with a couple minutes to spare and we indulged in some dfk and body snuggling. I then realized that there is another benefit to being at Brass at shift change, but, of course, incidents like this are rare, and very welcome!
