New Club

I've been coming to this club for years. Like Clancys I considered this to be a hidden jewel for the strip club enthusiast. VIPs had a consistent lineup of girls bussed in from NYC on the weekend eager to make money on the weekends. Due to limited publicity the club never became too crowded and maintained a consistent group of regulars. I liked that many of the girls here could hold a conversation barside as well. The mileage in the LD room was great as well, However, it didnt take a genius to understand the the profitability of this club was nowhere where it should be. You would be hard pressed to find any club that offered the talent like VIP in central jersey and the LD prices/mileage were a good deal. Of course all good things must come to an end....

The club recently changed management with some major changes. Its now called "Club 16" They got rid of the VIP dollar train, but that has a bad effect. While you could lose money with the dollar train it provided an easy way to get a girls attention for a lapdance. Some of the girls now rotate behind the bar giving air dances for a dollar tip, but most choose to sit down and ask a guy to buy them a drink. The girl you had an eye on could now be held up for 30 minutes to an hour when before it was easy to get a girls to latch off in 5 minutes. The club also is trying to become "classier" qith 3 bouncers out front checking IDs and theres even a guy in the small bathroom to give you a towel.

Kudos to the management for trying to switch things up, but I personally like the old VIPs better. All management needed to do was publicize which dancers were working and throw more parties to make this a fun place to go. The biggest problem is the club's talent has fled. I find clubs that run like this attract "seasonal" dancers. These are girls who dance for 2 months before quitting or the extreme low mileage dancers. I dont mean to bash the club, every place in NJ goes through its highs and lows. Just be warned before making the trek that this place is definitely going through a "Finding itself" phase for maybe the next few months.
