Bar side is better

Attended Stiletto on a Thursday evening. The cover was $25 for both bar side and club side which was fine. The bathrooms were clean, carpet was not nasty, and lighting was good, the overall atmosphere is better than I exspected. When the club opened only three dancers were on staff but more came in over time. No alcohol is served on the club side but you could purchase it on the bar side but it had to remain closed till you entered the club side then it had to stay there. I believe this was a local law not the club rules. The only down side to that was after 20 min I was bored in the club side. The dancers were really not dancers. I do not think the whole time I was in the club side I saw one pole trick. I did two regular single song dances which were average which means not worth the $30. One dancer tried to get me to do $40 even though posted in a huge sign it says they are $30, I just declined till she came down and it was not worth even that. After finishing my drinks I entered the bar side, much better since unless you want a seat on the club side you have to sit at the stage, no other seats exist. (Except VIP). The music at the bar side was great. I am pushing 50 so the music typically played in a club is horrid. The bartender was a top notch guy. Some of the dancers would come to the bar side just to talk but since they don’t make money talking I did do a 15min dance with one who sat to talk for awhile. Again for $170 a 15 min dance was boring. I did notice by timing on my phone the single song dances are short, really short. The girls badge in to start a timer and you are probably paying for the time it takes them to undress and begin. The dance I timed was 2:34. Drink prices are average. Basically the club is ok, typical, but nothing which stands out as a must go again if I come back to Atlantic City.
