Solid Standard for an LA Black Club

Starz is generally regarded as the best strip in the LA area to see black girls, and I would generally agree this is true.

I have visited this club a few times over the past 6 months, usually on a weekend night, but most recently just a couple days ago on a Thursday night.

Vibe/Layout: Good vibe, fairly upbeat, party atmosphere on the main 1st floor, which has a big stage, a long bar serving decent alcoholic drinks, and a lot of chairs. You'll see a few dancers twerking for ones next to the main stage, with some decent piles on a weekend night. Weeknight it's a bit slower. It's a bit more quiet upstairs where there is a smaller stage and curtained lap dance area. The club parking lot and immediate area is safe (in fact safer than many marquee non-black clubs in LA). Most of the patrons/staff are black, but are generally friendly towards white patrons.
