I visited Pink Pony mid week,...

I visited Pink Pony mid week, mid afternoon. Their outdoor sign claims that they are the best in the south. I guess they don't get around as much as I do. Don't get me wrong. They have some pretty girls here who will dance butt-nekkid at your table. On stage and on the bar some of them will get fully nude too. The degree of nudity seems to depend on the girl and how she feels about it at the moment. Maybe it depends on if anyone is paying attention to her or not. That afternoon, there there weren't many customers - maybe a dozen in a place that could easily hold 200. There were also about a dozen dancers on tap. Mostly they were sitting around in small groups (clothed) chatting with each other or with customers. Little attention was being paid to the stage and the bar.

Apparently there is no lap dancing and no contact allowed although I did see some occasional brief contact between butt and lap. I guess I'm spoiled but that kind of thing just isn't worth much to me. I wasn't at all tempted to whip out my wallet. I drank my drink and observed the low energy atmosphere and I left. I did notice a VIP room sign on the wall towards the back of the club, but I didn't see anyone enter or leave.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the fun starts later in the evening. What I saw while I was there in that afternoon would not qualify for any rating higher than a 5 by my standards.
