Damn!

Emperor’s Club is just a five minute Uber ride outside of the historic Savannah downtown area. However, the area quickly changes to heavy industrial just to the west of town where the club is located. It’s not uncommon for strip clubs to forced out of residential and “normal” commercial areas into more industrialized areas, but this is an extreme example, with the club nestled between large petrochemical tank farms and factories of some sort. If you're driving there and wondering if you're lost, you're probably not.

The building looks like it has seen better days, but it’s not in terrible shape. There is a large free parking lot in front of the building, but only half of it is paved. There was a recent rain, and the unpaved portion was full of large mud puddles. When I arrived at about 3:00 p.m., there were a good number of cars in the paved area, but I managed to find an open space.

The club recently changed from Scores Savannah, and the change is not yet complete. There was a cloth “Emperors Club” sign hung over existing “Scores” sign at the front entrance. Inside there is a small counter for the door girl, but there was no on there during the day. At night, a girl takes the $5 cover.
