The experience at Adelita's is more like shopping for a car than enjoying a relaxing evening at the strip club. You should expect extra-curricular activities when you go. The stage show is very lame, but there are at least 50 women of varying ages and sizes waiting for you to engage in a conversation with them. I did not find the language to be any barrier as they all know the basics of what you are asking for. After looking at all the clubs, this one had the most (and best selection) of girls. Enjoy a little Latin lolita.
