Getting used to the new VICS

So as others have said, it is hard not to get nostalgic for the "good old days" of barside full on fun and the occasional shooting in the street - but more on Paterson later :). I did, however, want to return to VICS with a new attitude to see as many of the positives in the changes as possible. And it is possible.

It is true that the only action will be on the far side of the bar, and it seems like how much your dollar can buy will vary with who's the boss that day, or rather, if the boss is around. Unlike my previous visit, there was no one paying all that much attention to the back wall, and I was able to get at least a tentative handshake from 2 dancers under the bar, although they are more subtle about it, and no one is lap-bouncing like the old days. Based on a good vibe from "Cinnamon" ( i think ) I opted for the $25 room after asking if there was a time limit. She said " Well, we can't take all day, but no one should bother us, plus, you'll never last what I can do". Who can say no to that? And she was right! Small, cramped, but I can see some ghetto charm in the room behind the curtain. At least it beats a busted funky chair in the kitchen - but more on Bottom's up later, too :).

I'd say if you're uncertain - it is worth checking out with an open mind - and the additional upside that the talent did seem slightly better, and the girls weren't hiding in back as much/often/long.
