Had a (fl-)eye opening experience

To begin with, I'm a PL. Strong emphasis on the P. I don't do this often and I have no "game" whatsoever. I'm a suburban dweeb with extremely limited experience. So take that into consideration.

I haven't visited any SC in several years and it seems the rules may have changed. I was quite surprised with the amount of mileage, and (owing to my situation) I wasn't entirely comfortable, although some folks may completely enjoy it.

With the SO out of town and a free evening to myself, I thought I would take a tour of several local clubs to see how things are. For my first stop I chose Playhouse Lounge. I walked in at about 4:00pm on a Tuesday. I don't know if there was supposed to be a cover, but nobody stopped me on entry. I bought a bottle of water for $5 and took a seat at the bar. I don't recall who was onstage at the time because the tip parade had me quite distracted.
