It was a Tuesday night and I wanted to try something different than my usual Jersey club. I ventured over the bridge to the Red Raven. The building itself is a run down shack off the highway with a poorly lit parking lot. The entrance is a little confusing to find. I walked in and got punched in the face with cigarette smoke. Bathroom is nasty, needs some attention from a 3000 psi pressure washer and a 55 gallon drum of bleach. The setup is a stage in the middle with the bar surrounding it. Sat down and ordered a beer for a reasonable price. I counted about 8 girls working that night. I was attracted to 0 of them. Only one girl approached me that night. The rest were busy talking to regulars or drinking and gossiping with the bartender. Ecstasy (I think was her name) was the one that approached me. She offered me dances, but I just wasn't into her, so I declined. I left after a beer and headed to the Ballpark, which was even worse. Looks like I'll be staying on the Jersey side for a while.
