A sidewalk tout chatted me up at the taco cart outside so I decided to go in and have a beer. The place was dark and basically empty. One guy was at a table with a girl. A couple of girls around all on phones and looking bored and pained. Got the obligatory two for one beer. I drank one soaking up the non-atmosphere and left the other. How and why they stay open is a mystery
