good place if you like low key
I was in the city for a trip and had some down time, so I visited a couple of spots in the COI area. Synn is well known and well documented, but my favorite is paradise. Parking was easy, and I walked in to the bouncer and paid the cover charge. I believe it was around $20. Are they still handing out those passes that allow you to hit up multiple clubs? I believe them and Synn and others have some kind of affiliation. Anyway, I get in and get surprised by the new layout...it's been a while. The old layout had the lap dance area to your left as you enter, and sort of hidden by a wall. Now you have to go to a separate area for that. The stage action was still decent, although that's not what most patrons are here for....they're here for the famous paradise handshake. I sat down for about five minutes (after the drink hustle by the waitresses which I find a bit aggressive) and was approached by stacked dancer. Looked white/blonde/russian type, but she said she's latina. We agreed on the 3 for $40 lap dances and off we went. Very handsy and allowed hands to roam...ffz north and south. I'm not a fan of DFK so that was out of the question. I went back to relax and got a few more dances from three others. I wanted to do VIP but was quoted the room fee (which I believe was $105 or some weird number like that) plus $200. That was more than what I was hoping for, so I declined. Will come better prepared next time.
