Will be back.
This is a club on the far west side of Detroit near the airport which I assume is how it got it's name. Valet parking is mandatory and costs $8 which you will pay to the valet when you leave. There isn't really any place to park nearby and walk over so you're gonna pay this fee. Cover was $10. A bouncer dressed as a pilot will then ask you where you'd like to sit. There are several free options including the bar and some tables near the stage. My understanding is a booth will cost you $20 but since we didn't get one of those I cannot say for sure.
There is a long stage in the center of the room with two girls typically dancing (one on each end). This is where the girls begin their sets and they typically keep their top on for the first song. The club is two stories so the ceiling is pretty high. They have a car above the stage and some lights that move. The car must be some kind of prop but it wasn't in use when I visited. The girls rotate from the main stage to some side stages (if open) and finish up at a small stage at the bar.
Drinks are pretty expensive. I started with a Guinness beer which set me back $11 plus tip. Thinking this was because it was a premium beer, I ordered a domestic the next round thinking it would be more economical but it was $10.25 for a coors light. The only benefit of this pricing is I drank a lot less than I was planning which meant I spent a lot less on liquor and dances leaving with a heavier wallet than anticipated.
